atmcgibbon Fun idea - that you should NOT listen to this while awake - which then would decrease the "potency" of it's strong sleep supporting properties. But this would require recording the tapes to computer and then making one long 8 hour track - otherwise you will need to get up every 30 minutes to flip/switch the tape!
